Description of Female. Fully winged; length 6.5 mm. Head black, except part of mandible and lateral regions of clypeus testaceous; antenna black, except ventral side of segment 1 yellow-whitish and segments 6–10 brown; mesosoma black, except sides of pronotum testaceous; metasoma brown; forelegs reddish, except part of trochanter, stalk of femur, proximal half of tibia and tarsus brown; mid- and hindlegs reddish, except stalks of femora and tibiae brown and tarsi yellow-whitish with segments 4–5 brown. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 14:6:39:24:20:13:9.5:8:7:9; antennal rhinaria present on segments 6–10. Head dull, slightly excavated, rugose and with numerous longitudinal and parallel keels on face; frontal line complete; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind ocellar triangle and on sides of posterior ocelli, laterally not reaching 0.5 length of OOL; POL = 3; OL = 3; OOL = 15.5; posterior ocelli touching occipital carina; temple distinct. Palpal formula 6/3. Pronotum crossed by strong transverse impression, dull, hairy, granulated and sculptured by numerous longitudinal and parallel keels on anterior collar, sides and disc; posterior edges of pronotum rounded, not produced into lobes. Scutum dull, granulated, hairy and irregularly rugose. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli longer than greatest breadth of posterior ocelli (5:3). Scutellum dull, granulated, almost completely rugose, only with posterior fourth smooth. Metanotum dull, short, transverse, rugose. Propodeum dull, with a strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface sculptured by numerous parallel and longitudinal keels and with numerous transverse keels among the above longitudinal keels; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels and median and lateral areas rugose. Mesopleuron and metapleuron dull and rugose. Fore wing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much longer than proximal part (21:10). Hindwing hyaline. Protarsal segments in following proportions: 29:4:9:19:34. Enlarged claw ( Plate 95E View PLATE 95 ) with one subapical tooth and one row of nine peg-like hairs. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 95E View PLATE 95 ) with two rows of 10 + 13 lamellae; distal apex with at least 25 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/2.

Material examined. Type: holotype ♀: CHINA: Fujian, Mt. Wuyishan , 20.XI.1989, Jiashe Wang leg. ( ZJUC) .
