Description of Female. Fully winged; length 2.2–2.5 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except segments 1–3 testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 8:4.5:8:5:4.5:4.5:4.5:5:5:6. Head shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures, with numerous areolae on vertex; frontal line complete; face with two longitudinal keels along orbits directed towards antennal toruli; POL = 6; OL = 4; OOL = 3; OPL = 2.5; TL = 2.5; occipital carina complete. Pronotum rugose, except smooth and shiny area near posterior margin; posterior surface shorter than scutum (6:10); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.6 length of scutum. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels and median and lateral areas reticulate rugose and dull. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (3:8). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 7:2:2.5:3:11. Enlarged claw ( Plate 51C View PLATE 51 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 51C View PLATE 51 ) with two rows of approximately 14 lamellae; distal apex with six lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Material examined. Types: holotype ♀: VIET NAM: Lam Dong Prov., Bao Loc , Balao (= Blao ), 500 m, 14–21.X.1960, C.M. Yoshimoto leg. ( BPBM) . Paratypes: LAOS: Salavan (= Wapikhamthong), Vapy (= Wapi ), 15.IX.1967, native collector, 1♀ ( AMNH) . MALAYSIA: Malaya, Negeri Sembilan, Pasoh Forest Reserve , 1.IX.1978 (in gap forest), 14.XII.1978 (in forest) P. & M. Becker leg., 2♀♀ ( AEIC) .
