145. Anteon zoilum Xu, Olmi & He, sp. nov.

Description of Female. Fully winged; length 2.8 mm. Head black, except mandible and clypeus testaceous; antenna brown, except segments 1–3 testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs yellow. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 10:5.5:11:8:8:7:7:7:7:8. Head dull, reticulate rugose, except an unsculptured area in front of anterior ocellus; face without two lateral longitudinal keels along orbits directed towards antennal toruli; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 4; OL = 3; OOL = 5; OPL = 5; TL = 4; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli about as long as OL. Pronotum dull, reticulate rugose, except a smooth and unsculptured posterior region; posterior surface much shorter than scutum (6:12); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum strongly reticulate rugose, except anterior third unsculptured. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.5 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (3.5:11). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 8:2.5:3:7:17. Protarsal segment 2 produced into hook. Enlarged claw (Plate 138C) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 138C) with basal part much shorter than distal part, with two rows of 2 + 29 lamellae; distal apex with five lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Material examined. Type : holotype ♀: CHINA: Yunnan, Jinghong, Naban River National Nature Reserve , 19–23.VII.2011, YPT, Nasen Wei et al. leg., 4♀♀ ( SCAU) .
