Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.3–4.2 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous and clypeus ferruginous; antenna testaceous; mesosoma black, except distal apex of propodeum reddish; petiole black; metasoma ferruginous or testaceous; legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 22:6:9:9:8:9:9:9:8:12. Head dull, completely reticulate rugose; face with two lateral longitudinal keels along orbits directed towards antennal toruli; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; holotype with POL = 5; OL = 4; OOL = 5; OPL = 8; TL = 7; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OL (3:4). In specimen from China, Nanling National Nature Reserve, POL = 8; OL = 6; OOL = 8; OPL = 10; TL = 10; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OL (4:6). Pronotum dull, almost completely sculptured by strong transverse keels and large and deep punctures similar to areolae; posterior margin smooth, shiny, unsculptured; posterior surface slightly shorter than scutum (18:20); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum of holotype completely strongly sculptured by large and deep punctures similar to areolae. In specimen from China, Nanling National Nature Reserve, scutum sculptured by normal punctures Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.8 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels, with median and lateral areas dull and reticulate rugose. Fore wing hyaline, totally slightly yellowish, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (6:18). Protarsal segments of holotype in following proportions: 11:3:6:17:33. In specimen from China, Nanling National Nature Reserve, segment 4 of protarsus about twice as long as segment 1 (13:6). Protarsal segment 2 produced into hook. Enlarged claw (Plate 51E) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Holotype with segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 51E) with basal part much shorter than distal part (8:25), with inner margin almost straight, with three rows of nine very long lamellae + 4 proximal lamellae + 27 lamellae; distal apex with four lamellae. In specimen from China, Nanling National Nature Reserve, segment 5 of protarsus with two rows of lamellae, one of them composed of eight lamellae much longer than 35 lamellae composing other row; distal apex with five lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
