Description of Male. Fully winged; length 3.1 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except part of segment 1 testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous, except metacoxa basally darkened. Antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions: 13:8:8:8:9:9:8:9:9:14. Head shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures, with some areolae along orbits and on temples; face with two lateral keels running along orbits towards antennal toruli; frontal line complete; POL = 8; OL = 4; OOL = 6; OPL = 3; TL = 3; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli as long as OPL; occipital carina complete. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum shiny, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.4 length of scutum. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels, lateral areas rugose and median area almost completely smooth, shiny, unsculptured (except some short irregular keels present near borders). Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein shorter than proximal part (5:13). Paramere (Plate 25E) about as long as penis, without distal inner process; distivolsella with two lateral processes. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
