Geographic Location and Habitats: BC: Vancouver Is., McMillan PP, Cathedral Grove, 49°18’N, 124°40’W, Western redcedar litter, with some hemlock; Alectoria lichen on Western hemlock; moss on bark of Douglas-fir in virgin cedar/fir forest ( Behan-Pelletier & Walter 2012).
Distribution: Nearctic.
