Description.

Notes.

As " Immersaria " Immersaria mehadiana has lecanorine apothecia and resembles L. lygaea and L. cupreoatra , having a dark brown thallus, it is, therefore, transferred to Lecaimmeria . This species is characterised by its greyish prothallus, dark brown apothecia and the brown epihymenium. It is only known from Romania ( Calatayud and Rambold 1998).
