=Trichohydnobius Vogt, 1961: 154 (as subgenus of Hydnobius ). Type species: Hydnobius perrisii Fairmaire, 1855 (= S. suturalis (Zetterstedt, 1828)) (by original designation). Daffner 1983 (as valid genus); Perkovsky 1988 (synonymy).
