Female: Body length 15–17 mm (n = 10). Fore wing length 16–17 mm (n = 10).

Distribution. Afghanistan, China, India, Mongolia, Kazahkstan, Pakistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan ( Carpenter & Kojima 1997).
