Geographic distribution: Senegal, Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Ivory Coast and Sierra Leone.

Distribution in Guinea –Bissau: 7, 16, 17, 25B, 28, 34, 36, 39A, 40, 43, 44, 46.

Remarks: A very beautiful species ( Fig. 6 View FIGURE 6. A ) with a more restricted distribution in western Africa. The adults of C. bruneti in Guinea-Bissau are active during the rainy season near or over the termite nests of Bellicositermes sp. ( Isoptera ). Some ecological remarks on this species were given by Serrano (1997).
