Diagnosis

( Day 1967a): Body green. Prostomium with two eyes, four antennae, nuchal organs and a small posterior-median papilla. Proboscis divided at two parts, proximal one with soft papillae, distal one papillated with six divisions. Four pairs of modified anterior cirri ("tentacular cirri") (Fig. 5 a). Parapodia carry dorsal enlarged foliaceous cirri and neuropodial lobe with spinigers chaetae.
