Microclytus compressicollis (Laporte & Gory, 1835) View in CoL ; Anaglyptini [new state record]

Distribution: Predominantly northeastern from NS to PA, with records scattered as far as eastern KS and Sault Ste. Marie, ON. The single Kentucky specimen was collected from the Interior Plateau just south of Cincinnati, OH (Map 103).

Comments: The lone Kentucky specimen came to an ethanol-baited panel trap; no chemical lures are known. Adults can be found on flowers.
