Grassland Ridged Frog
Comment: This species was heard calling in BNP (site 31) on 24 January 2009, but no material was collected and no call was recorded (A. Channing, pers. comm.). Widespread in sub-Saharan Africa, and recorded in Angola from the west and the northeast ( Ruas 1996; Marques et al. 2018). Additional specimens will be important for confirmation of species identification in BNP.
