Figure 5 View FIGURE 5

Description. Male. Body small. Face ovoid, fastigium verticis conical, with a thin furrow ( Fig. 5A View FIGURE 5 ). Eyes subglobular, projecting outwards. Apical segments of maxillary palpi almost longer than subapical ones, apices slightly inflated ( Fig. 5B View FIGURE 5 ).

Anterior margin of pronotum slightly arched, posterior margin narrowly angular, protruding backwards; lateral lobes longer than high, without humeral sinus ( Fig. 5B View FIGURE 5 ).

Ventral margins of femora without spine. Procoxae with 1 spine. Protibiae and mesotibiae ventrally with 5 internal spines and 6 external spines; protibial tympana opened on both sides, ovoid. Posttibiae with 22 internal spines and 24 external spines on dorsal surfaces, ventral surfaces with 2 internal spines and 4 external spines, apices with 1 pair of dorsal spurs and 2 pairs of ventral spurs.

Tegmina slightly beyond the apex of abdomen, hind wings shorter than tegmina ( Fig. 5K View FIGURE 5 ). The lateral margins of ninth abdominal tergite protruding backwards ( Fig. 5G View FIGURE 5 ). Tenth abdominal tergite significantly prolonged, posterior margin with slightly concave in the middle ( Fig. 5H View FIGURE 5 ). Cerci stout, internal margin concave; basal area with 1 small subrectangular lobe on ventro-internal margin ( Fig. 5J View FIGURE 5 ); middle area with 1 long rectangular lobe, which depressed ( Fig. 5E View FIGURE 5 ); apical area with 2 incurved branches, the upper branch slightly shorter than the lower one ( Fig. 5 I View FIGURE 5 ). Subgenital plate longer than wide, basal third widen ( Fig. 5I View FIGURE 5 ); lateral areas constricted in basal third area, then curved dorsad, forming 1 pair of lateral carinae on ventral surface, between the carinae concave ( Fig. 5I, J View FIGURE 5 ), with slender styli on the apices of lateral carinae; the latero-apical areas prolonged into a long, upcurved lobe at posterior margin, its apex expanded and faintly incurved ( Fig. 5K View FIGURE 5 ). Genitalia leathery.

Female. Unknown.

Coloration. Body yellowish brown. Eyes black. Antennae with black ring on each segment. Pronotal disc with a pair of dark brown stripes on lateral margins, between the area of the stripes light brown in prozona. Tegmina yellowish brown with blackish posterior margin. Protibiae and mesotibiae with brownish rings at apical areas, apical areas of postfemora brown.

Material examined. Holotype: male, Gulinqing, Maguan, Yunnan, 2022, coll. by Siyu Pang and Shan Li.

Measurements (mm). Body: ♂ 12.9; pronotum: ♂ 4.6; tegmen: ♂ 9.3; postfemur: ♂ 10.0.

Distribution. Yunnan (Maguan).

Discussion. The new species can be distinguished from the other two species of the genus by the shape of male cerci and subgenital plate.

Etymology. The name of the new species is derived from male cerci with a long rectangular lobe on internoventral margin of the middle area.
