Remarks.

Ponds, in shallow water with dense vegetation.

Distribution.

Widespread to Western, Central and Eastern Africa.

St Lucia records.

Not previously recorded from St Lucia. Recorded at Western Shores and Eastern Shores in July 2014 and January/February 2015, during the course of this study.
