Diagnosis. F2 not longer than F3. Mesoscutal midlobe and mesoscutellum, including axillula, areolate. Mesoscutal midlobe with reddish area anteriorly.

This species differs from most others that have an areolate axillula and reddish mesoscutal midlobe in that it has a short F2 and a pale antennal flagellum ( Fig. 201 View FIGURES 199–204 ).

Description. Female. Length 2.6–2.8 mm.

Color: Head and mesosoma green to blue, with reddish or yellowish area on mesoscutal midlobe anteriorly. Pedicel pale brown; anellus pale brown; flagellum brown. Coxae brown dorsally, becoming yellow apically; fore femur mostly brown, tips pale; mid femur yellow to yellowish-brown; hind femur yellow. Fore wing hyaline; venation yellowish brown. Petiole dark green-blue; gaster brown with purple luster.

Head: Head width:head height 1.2; face reticulate; longitudinal groove between eye and torulus absent; eyes bare, inter-ocular distance:eye height 1.2–1.4; malar space:eye height 0.6; supraclypeal area longer than broad, smooth medially and ventrally, weakly sculptured dorsally and laterally; clypeus smooth to weakly sculptured. Flagellum length:head height 1.6; F2 1.7–2.0× as long as broad, 1.0–1.2× as long as F3; following funiculars subequal in width, progressively shorter.

Mesosoma: Mesosoma length:height 1.1–1.3. Mesoscutal midlobe areolate, with minute setae; lateral lobe areolate. Axilla areolate; mesoscutellar disc areolate with coarser sculpture posteriorly; frenal line irregularly foveate; frenum areolate; axillular groove anteriorly absent, broad and foveate posteriorly; axillula areolate. Propodeum with irregular median carina; propodeal disc areolate; callus areolate, with 3–5 setae. Mesepisternum areolate laterally with longitudinal carinae, smooth ventrally, broadly rounded anterior to mid coxa. Upper mesepimeron smooth; lower mesepimeron areolate-reticulate; transepimeral sulcus distinct. Metepisternum laterally smooth to weakly sculptured. Hind coxa 1.9–2.3× as long as broad; hind femur 6.4–6.5× as long as broad. Fore wing 2.5–2.6× as long as broad, 2.8–2.9× as long as mesothorax; stigma with 4 sensilla separated into pairs. Hind wing costal cell with 1 or 2 irregular rows of setae.

Metasoma: Petiole 2.1–2.2× as long as broad, 0.8–0.9× as long as hind coxa, areolate anteriorly, becoming reticulate posteriorly, anterior carina weak. Antecostal sulcus with weak sculpture; acrosternite posteriorly angulate.

Male. Unknown.
