Remarks.

A new species, first detected during this survey. Most close morphologically to Hydrobiomorpha occidentalis Balfour-Browne, 1939 from Nigeria and Sudan.

Distribution.

Currently only recorded from St Lucia - wider distribution unknown.

Recorded at Western Shores, Eastern Shores and False Bay in January/February 2015.
