Distribution. N Borneo: Sarawak: Lanjak Entimau (2 m, CSUB/SFDC), Lambir Hills ( Roy & Svenson 2007); Brunei: Kuala Belalong (OK in situ); Sabah: Tawau Hills ( Roy & Svenson 2007; AFUW), Poring Hot Springs (AFUW).

Remarks. Of the two recently described Bornean species, this is the more common one; it prefers old-growth forest.
