Diestrammena (Gymnaeta) belousovi Gorochov, 2010 . Far Eastern Entomologist, 206: 9.
Redescription. Male. Body of medium size. Vertex of head divided into conical tubercles. Legs elongate and slender; fore femur about 1.8–1.9 times longer than the pronotum, ventrally unarmed, external genicular lobe with 1 elongate movable spur; fore tibiae beneath with 2 external spurs and 1 internal spur. Mid femur and mid tibiae missing. Hind femur without spines ventrally; hind tibiae above at each side with 64–67 spines, arranged in groups. Supra internal spur of hind tibiae not exceeding ventral apex of hind metatarsus. Hind metatarsus keeled ventrally. Epiphallus of male A-shaped, upper arm rather long and apex acute, lateral arms with apical projection ( Fig. 39 View FIGURES 39–40 ).
Female. Subgenital plate slightly longer than broad, hind margin deeply notched ( Fig. 40 View FIGURES 39–40 ). Ovipositor slightly shorter than half the length of hind femur.
Coloration. Body unicolor, dark brown. Legs without distinctly stripes.
Measurements. (length in mm) Body ♂?, ♀ 16.0; pronotum ♂ 4.5, ♀ 5.5; fore femur ♂ 8.5, ♀ 8.5; hind femur ♂ 17.0, ♀ 16.0; ovipositor 9.0.
Specimens studied. 1♂, Tiantaishan Reserve, Qinling , Shanxi, 1999-IX-2 ~3, ccollected by Liu Xian-Wei et al.; 1♀, Huashuping , Hu County, Shanxi, alt. 1700m, 2007-VI-25, collected by Zhou Shun ; 1♀ (nymph), Huashuping, Hu county , Shanxi, alt. 1700m, 2007-VI-25, collected by Zhou Shun.
Distribution. China (Sichuan *, Shanxi).
Diagnosis. This species is rather similar to T. (G.) beresowskii ( Adelung, 1902) , but differs from the latter by that the male epiphallus has the upper arm rather long ( Fig. 39 View FIGURES 39–40 ), hind margin of female subgenital plate deeply notched ( Fig. 40 View FIGURES 39–40 ); corresponding status of T. (G.) beresowskii ( Adelung, 1902) : male epiphallus has the upper arm rather short ( Fig. 36 View FIGURES 36–38 ), hind margin of female subgenital plate notched rather small ( Fig. 38 View FIGURES 36–38 ).
