Diagnosis. Male ( Fig. 89 View FIGURES 89–95 ). Body length 8.9–10.1 mm, forewing length 6.8–7.6 mm. Mandible ( Fig. 90 View FIGURES 89–95 ) without preapical denticle, and only with obsolete intermittent impressed line; clypeus( Fig. 90 View FIGURES 89–95 ) laterally with dense punctures, sparser medially, apex medially emarginated; frons ( Fig. 90 View FIGURES 89–95 ) with dense punctures; vertex ( Fig. 91 View FIGURES 89–95 ) with relatively sparser punctures; pronotal anterior carina complete; pronotum latero-ventrally ( Fig. 92 View FIGURES 89–95 ) with dense oblique striae; mesoscutum ( Fig. 89 View FIGURES 89–95 ) medially with dense punctures, sparser laterally, only with notaulus; mesopleuron ( Fig. 92 View FIGURES 89–95 ) with sparse punctures; metanotum ( Fig. 93 View FIGURES 89–95 ) with deep and dense punctures; tegula atmost slightly longer than middle width, posterior margin without transverse impressed line; apex of marginal cell of forewing ( Fig. 89 View FIGURES 89–95 ) distinctly exceeding second submarginal cell; propodeal dorsal face ( Fig. 93 View FIGURES 89–95 ) densely with minute striae mixed with punctures, more or less reticulate, areola subrectangular, slightly convergent posteriorly, APWL=4.7: 3.4: 5.7, medial longitudinal carina reaching posterior 2/3 of areola; lateral surface of propodeum dorsally ( Fig. 92 View FIGURES 89–95 ) with sparse long oblique wrinkles, ventrally coriaceous; subposterior area of T1 ( Fig. 89 View FIGURES 89–95 ) close to apex and with few scattered punctures; anterior half of S1 ( Fig. 94 View FIGURES 89–95 ) anteriorly with sparse punctures, posterior half smooth, and without posterolateral groove; T2–T6 and S2–S5 posteriorly with one transverse row of brown setae ( Figs 89, 95 View FIGURES 89–95 ); S5 ( Fig. 95 View FIGURES 89–95 ) without lateral denticle.
