Tettigades lizeri Torres 1942: 262 View in CoL (type material examined).
Type locality. Mendoza, Argentina ( Torres 1942). Torres (1958a) provided Villavicencio, Mendoza as additional location data for the holotype.
Remarks. The species is recorded from Argentina with specimens collected in Catamarca, Mendoza, and Salta Provinces ( Torres 1942; 1958a). We were sent specimens from Chubut, and Río Negro Provinces.
