Type locality. São Paulo, Brazil.
Remarks. The species recently was transferred to Fidicinoides ( Sanborn et al. 2008) . The species was reported from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, and Peru in Metcalf (1963a) and from the following provinces in Argentina: Córdoba ( Deletang 1919), Misiones ( Torres 1941) and Entre Rios ( Berg 1879).
