Vernacular Names: Dark-winged Lesser House Bat.

Synonyms: Scotoecus artinii de Winton 1899 .

Distribution: Senegal to Ethiopia.

Conservation: IUCN 2003 and IUCN / SSC Action Plan (2001) – Lower Risk (lc).
