ECUADOR: Carchi Province, San Gabriel ; 13 October 2013; J. Mantilla. Host: Unidentified species ( Theraphosidae ), young or subadult of unknown sex. The wasp dragged the paralyzed tarantula backwards on the ground, ventral side upward, grasping its left coxa with her mandibles (Mantilla 2013) .

ECUADOR: Napo Province, Napo River, Ahuano; 26 July 2019; R. Lehcar (rachelllllllllehcar). Host: Tapinauchenius cf cupreus Schmidt and Bauer ( Theraphosidae ) (Violet tree spider), adult or subadult female. The wasp dragged the paralyzed violet tree spider backwards on the ground, ventral side upward, grasping the basal region of its left foreleg with her mandibles ( Lehcar 2019).
