NOTES. — Hyperdominant in Amazonia ( ter Steege et al. 2020, as H. sucuuba ). The name H. rigidus is to be ascribed to Willdenow alone ( Turland et al. 2018: Art. 46.3, Ex. 15; see also IPNI 2020 andTaylor & Gereau 2019); hence the authorship is neither “Willd. ex Roem. & Schult.” nor “Willd. ex Schult.”
