Remarks. Fairmaire (1889) described a 10 mm long female which resembles As. circumdata and may be a female of that species. Jeng (2003: 546) did not locate a holotype but found a male in MNHN which was identified by Fairmaire and appeared to Jeng to agree with Luciola ficta .
