According to Gonçalves et al. (2015), dorsal shield of female mostly smooth, with scant anterolateral and posterolateral striae, 396 (362–437) long and 290 (225–330) wide. Setal lengths: j1 25 (15–30), j3 29 (28–30), j4 12 (10–13), j5 10 (7–12), j6 12 (9–13), J2 14 (10–17), J5 8, z2 22 (16–30), z4 26 (15–30), z5 8, Z1 19 (18–20), Z4 55 (53–58), Z5 113 (110–118), s4 52 (50–53), S2 28 (23–30), S4 18 (15–22), S5 13 (10–17), r3 19 (18–20) and R1 12 (11–13). Peritreme extending to level of j1. Distances between st1–st3 68 (65–70), st2–st2 74 (73–75), st5–st5 70 (68–73). Ventrianal shield 121 (118–124) long, 101 (98–103) wide at level of Zv2 and 105 (93–110) at anus level. Spermathecal calyx saccular, flaring slightly toward vesicle, 15 (13–17) long; atrium nodular. Fixed cheliceral digit 30 (28–32) long, with 12 teeth; movable digit 25 (23–30) long, with three teeth. Macrosetae on all legs, sharp-tipped; SgeI 25 (23–26), SgeII 25 (24–26), SgeIII 32 (30–33), StiIII 26 (25–27), SgeIV 52 (50–55), StiIV 43 (40–45) and StIV 53 (50–55) .

Distribution in Brazil. Rio Grande do Sul ( Gonçalves et al., 2015).

Distribution elsewhere. Not reported.

Remarks. Species described from Brazil and known only from the type specimens.
