According to Gondim Jr. & Moraes (2001), dorsal shield of female reticulate between j1 and s4 and between Z1 and Z4, smooth elsewhere, 301 (296–304) long and 197 (191–207) wide. Setal lengths: j1 18 (17–19), j3 18 (16–19), j4 12 (11–12), j5 12 (12–13), j6 13 (13–14), J2 15, J5 9 (8–9), z2 12 (11–12), z4 15 (14–15), z5 10 (9–11), Z1 15 (14–16), Z4 24 (24–25), Z5 40 (39–40), s4 18, S2 18 (17–18), S4 16 (15–17), S5 13 (12–13), r3 14 (13–14) and R1 14 (13–14). Peritreme extending to level of j1. Distances between st1–st3 61 (60–63), st2–st2 66 (65–68), st5–st5 65 (63–67). Ventrianal shield 92 (90–95) long, 85 (84–86) wide at level of Zv2 and 77 (75–78) at anus level. Spermathecal calyx bell- to cone-shaped, 13 (12–14) long; atrium globular. Fixed cheliceral digit 35 long, with 16 teeth; movable digit 38 long, with three teeth. Macrosetae on legs III–IV, sharp-tipped; SgeIII 12 (11–12), StiIII 12 (11–13), SgeIV 8 (8–9), StiIV 15 (14–15) and StIV 26 (25–27) .

Distribution in Brazil. Pernambuco (Gondim Jr. & Moraes, 2001).

Distribution elsewhere. Not reported.

Remarks. Species described from Brazil and known only from the type specimens.
