Dorsal shield of female mostly smooth, with scant anterolateral striae, 355 (342–360) long and 248 (227–257) wide. Setal lengths: j1 38 (32–40), j3 49 (42–52), j4 7 (3–8), j5 5 (3–7), j6 7 (4–8), J2 9 (7–10), J5 8 (7–9), z2 9 (7–10), z4 8 (5–10), z5 5 (5–7), Z1 10 (7–12), Z4 97 (90–100), Z5 277 (263–300), s4 94 (87–103), S2 13 (10–15), S4 12 (10–13), S5 9 (7–12), r3 13 (12–15) and R1 10 (7–11). Peritreme extending to level of j1. Distances between st1–st3 66 (62–70), st2–st2 66 (52–72), st5–st5 67 (65–70). Ventrianal shield 111 (100–125) long, 48 (45–57) wide at level of Zv2 and 72 (67–75) at anus level. Spermathecal calyx tubular, 23 (20–25) long; atrium nodular, as wide as calyx. Fixed cheliceral digit 29 (27–30) long, with ten teeth; movable digit 33 (30–35) long, with three teeth. Macrosetae of legs I–IV, sharp-tipped; SgeI 40 (37–45), SgeII 37 (35–40), SgeIII 44 (35–45), SgeIV 120 (110–130), StiIII 38 (32–40), StiIV 92 (83–97) and StIV 65 (57–72) .

Remarks. Setal measurements were not provided in the original description.The measurements of the specimens examined are similar to those of Denmark & Muma (1989), except Z5 and length of spermathecal calyx, each approximately 1.3 times longer, but similar to the measurements of McMurtry & Moraes (1984).
