Diagnosis

Legs mostly yellow; scutellum and metanotum each with median carina; squama simple, pointed; mucro foliaceus, transparent, with black line medially, deeply emarginate apically, finely obliquely striated; gastral T2 and T3 finely punctate with interspaces between punctures; T3-6 with lateral apophyses; apical tergum terminates with two spines; S2 densely punctate, with short interspaces, less than a puncture diameter.
