Distribution

European species ( Isaia et al. 2007). It is distributed from Europe to Mongolia ( World Spider Catalog 2020). It can be found in mainland Italy and Sardinia ( Pantini and Isaia 2019

Notes

It occurs in acid bogs, with most records from Sphagnum bogs, often in the vicinity of bog pools and wet heathland ( Dawson et al. 2020).
