I. Chelipoda modica View in CoL -group

Generally small species with thorax short and lacking strong dusting stripes. C 1 is distinctly shorter than the thorax is long and F 1 is often strongly inflated with 4 rows of denticles and spines clearly differentiated. Cell cup is compete and rounded apically with A 1 usually strong and the male genitalia are distinctly reflexed anteriorly.
