DESCRIPTION (Holotype) — FEMALE: body length 2.7 mm, length of fore wing 2.2 mm. Head. Antenna shorter than body, with 17 flagellomeres; F1/F2 = 1.10; length of first, second and penultimate flagellomeres 4.40, 4.00 and 1.00x their width, respectively; ED/TD = 3.00; eyes glabrous; OOL:OD:POL = 8.00:2.00:5.00; frons densely punctate-rugulose laterally, smooth medially with a median longitudinal carina; WF/HF = 1.67; MS/BM = 1.80; clypeus, face, gena and vertex finely punctate; WC/HC = 1.86. Mesosoma. Mesoscutum punctate; mid-posterior area of mesoscutum areolate-rugulose; notauli present, punctate but weakly developed anteriorly; scutellum shiny, finely punctate, weakly convex; propodeum rugose, with short longitudinal and cross carinae, anterior areola wide with a median irregular ruga, lateral carinated areas also with some rugae inside; mesopleuron largely foveolate near subalar depression, shiny and smooth mid-posteriorly; precoxal sulcus present and largely foveolate; HMS/LMS = 0.83. Legs. Hind coxa finely punctate laterally, smooth dorsally; LHTI/LHTA = 1.10; LPS/LHBT = 0.38. Wings. LW/LB =0.81; fore wing with SR1/PT =1.25; LPT/WPT =3.33; r: 3-SR: SR1: r-m = 4.00:5.00:25.00:4.00. Metasoma. LMS/LMT = 0.85; in dorsal view rounded, wider medially than anteriorly, WMT/LMT = 0.62; metasoma weakly curved in lateral view; ventral keel of metasoma narrow, sinuate apically in posterior view; metasoma longitudinally rugose on anterior three-quarter, its apical quarter finely punctate and shining. Color. Body black except: palps, spurs all trochanters, all tarsi except telotarsi, fore tibia, mid coxa, basal 0.30 of mid tibia, basal 0.20 of hind tibia, large medioanterior patch on metasoma, white; tegula, telotarsi, antenna dark brown to brown; wings hyaline with a brownish spot below the pterostigma.
