TYPE MATERIAL — Holotype male ( MNHN), Papua New Guinea. Province Madang, Mount Wilhelm (-5.720903,145.2715) 1200 m, 25-26/10/2012, leg Philip, Alois, Novotny, Leponce, Plot 3, understorey, Malaise, MAL- MW1200 C-01/16-d01.

DISTRIBUTION — Papua New Guinea.

DIAGNOSIS — Body black; ventral side of hind tibia pale, otherwise darkened; antenna slender; ventral carina of metasoma thin posteriorly; wings strongly and fully infuscate.

DESCRIPTION (Holotype) — MALE: body length 3.4 mm, length of fore wing 3.4 mm. Head. Antenna long, with 39 flagellomeres; F1/F2 = 1.18; length of first, second and penultimate flagellomeres 3.25, 2.75 and 3.00x their width, respectively; ED/TD = 3.40; eyes glabrous; OOL:OD:POL = 7.00:4.00:5.00; frons densely punctate laterally, smooth medially with a short median longitudinal carina between antennal sockets; WF/HF = 1.21; MS/BM = 1.71; clypeus, face, gena and vertex finely punctate, face with a short tubercle medio dorsally; WC/HC = 1.45. Mesosoma. Mesoscutum punctate; mid-posterior area of mesoscutum absent; notauli absent; scutellum shiny, finely punctate, weakly convex; propodeum smooth, with short longitudinal and cross carinae, anterior areola very narrowed; mesopleuron shiny and smooth, sparsely punctate near subalar depression; precoxal sulcus absent; HMS/LMS = 0.78. Legs. Hind coxa finely punctate laterally, smooth dorsally; LHTI/LHTA = 1.08; LPS/LHBT = 0.31. Wings. LW/LB = 0.98; fore wing with SR1/ PT = 1.30; LPT/WPT = 3.75; r: 3-SR: SR1: r-m = 8.00:8.00:39.00:7.00. Metasoma. LMS/LMT = 0.84; in dorsal view elongate, weakly wider posteriorly than anteriorly, WMT/LMT = 0.53; metasoma weakly curved in lateral view; ventral keel of metasoma fine apically, nearly straight apically in posterior view; metasoma longitudinally reticulate-rugose on anterior three-quarter, its apical quarter finely punctate and shining; mediolongitudinal carina present anteriorly between the two basolateral carinae. Color. Head, mesosoma, metasoma black; antenna, fore and hind coxae, femurs, hind tibia (except ventral stripe) brown; fore and hind trochanters, fore tibia and tarsi, mid tarsi, ventral stripe on hind tibia yellowish; mid tibia, hind tarsi yellowish with faint infuscations palpus fully grey with last maxillary palpus segment somewhat lighter; mid coxa and trochanters white; wings strongly infuscate with a darker patch below pterostigma.

ETYMOLOGY — This species is named after the locality of the type specimen.
