Distribution: W Malaysia, Thailand, adjacent small islands.

Conservation: IUCN 2003 – not evaluated; not considered in IUCN / SSC Action Plan (2001).

Discussion: megaphyllus species group. Includes klossi ; see Medway (1969). Not included in megaphyllus , although see Corbet and Hill (1992) and Csorba et al. (2003).
