One ♀ syntype with labels: “ Venezuela ” [handwritten on a strip of yellowed paper]; “ Typophyllum flavifolia S. P.” [handwritten on green paper]; “ Holotypus ” [printed on red card]. Specimen set with left wings spread and right wings folded; most of both antennae, the left front leg and two tarsal segments of the right hind leg are lost. Images on OSF. Box E 30 .
