Distribution: Neotropical.
Records in Mexico: Yucatan, Campeche and Quintana Roo.
Biogeographic province: Yucatan Peninsula.
Habitat: Detritus from Atta sp. , guano. Leaf litter and soil of medium sub evergreen forest, lowland forest, mangrove and halophyte vegetation.
