Distribution. China + Taiwan, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen (incl. Socotra Isl.); Afrotropical Region, Australian Region, Neotropical Region, Oriental Region ( Cate 2007, Platia 2010 a, Platia 2012, Platia & Akrawi 2013, Akhter et al. 2014, Platia 2015 a, Abdel-Dayem et al. 2017).
