Eupelops similis View in CoL Berlese, 1916: sensu Willmann 1951

Syn., Tax.: Pelops s. : Berlese, 1916. Eupelops s. : Mahunka 1992 (B).

Es ist fraglich, ob Willmann (1951; vom Großglockner-Gebiet) die Berlese-Art vorgelegen hat; genauso unklar ist die Identität von " P. similis " in Schweizer (1956) und von " Phenopelops similis " in Sellnick (1960), der nach Vergleich mit Berleses Typus sicher eine andere Art ist.
