Fars ( Hoberlandt 1959; 1997), Golestan & Sistan & Baluchestan ( Hoberlandt 1955), Kerman ( Safavi 1959; Modarres Awal 1997), Kuhgiloyeh & Boyerahmad ( Hoberlandt 1997), Mazandaran ( Hoberlandt 1997), Tehran ( Hoberlandt 1997; Linnavuori 2008), West Azarbaijan ( Kiritshenko 1938; Nateq Golestan 2004; Nateq Golestan et al. 2004, 2010a, b, c, 2011), Yazd ( Hoberlandt 1959, 1997), Iran (no locality cited) ( Rider 2006).

General distribution. Turkey, Caucasus ( Armenia, Georgia) and Central Asia ( Azerbaijan, Iran).

Host plants. On Apiaceae ( Linnavuori 2008) , Heracleum sp. ( Apiaceae ) ( Nateq Golestan et al. 2010a), Asteraceae ( Nateq Golestan et al. 2011).
