Distribution in Iran. Alborz ( Lindberg 1938; Hoberlandt 1997), Fars, Kermanshah ( Farahbakhsh 1961; Modarres Awal 1997b), Golestan, Mazandaran ( Hoberlandt 1997), Guilan, Kerman, Tehran (new materials, det. P. Moulet), Isfahan ( Farahbakhsh 1961; Hoberlandt 1997; Modarres Awal 1997b), Iran (no locality cited) ( Rider 2006).

General distribution. Widely distributed in Asia: Azerbaijan, Asian Kazakhstan, Iran, Turkmenistan, Tadjikistan, Mongolia , China (northern and western regions); also recorded from southern Russia.
