General distribution. Armenia, Azerbaijan, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Turkey.
Host plants. On Quercus sp. ( Fagaceae ) ( Modarres Awal 1997b; Linnavuori 2012) and on almond ( Prunus dulcis ), apricot ( Prunus armeniaca ) ( Rosaceae ) ( Farahbakhsh 1961; Modarres Awal 1997b), famale cornel, fruit trees ( Modarres Awal 1997b).
