Distribution in Iran. Hormozgan ( Linnavuori 2004), Khuzestan (Linnavuori 2012), Iran (no locality cited) ( Rider 2006).
General distribution. Iran, Saudi Arabia, tropical Africa, Yemen.
Host plants. On Aristida sp. , Panicum turgidum (both Poaceae ) ( Linnavuori 2004), on shores of the Karun River with halophytes and Tamarix sp. ( Tamaricaceae ) (Linnavuori 2012).
