Distribution in Iran. Golestan ( Linnavuori 2008), Khorasan ( Hoberlandt 1997; Linnavuori 2008), Iran (no locality cited) ( Rider 2006).

General distribution. Central Asia: Kazakhstan (Asian part), China (northwestern), Iran, Kirgizia, Tadjikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.

Host plants. In saline steppes with Atriplex halimus , Suaeda sp. (both Amaranthaceae ), Cynodon dactylon ( Poaceae ), Tamarix sp. ( Tamaricaceae ) ( Linnavuori 2008).
