Diagnosis. Antenna with 35–40 segments. Terminal flagellomere without spine. Face rugose or smooth rarely transversely striate antero-laterally ( Figs 1B View FIGURE 1 , 3B View FIGURE 3 ). Clypeus separated from face by shallow groove ( Figs 1B View FIGURE 1 , 3B View FIGURE 3 ). Clypeus with ventral carina ( Figs 1B View FIGURE 1 , 3B View FIGURE 3 ). Frons with midlongitudinal groove ( Fig. 1C View FIGURE 1 ). Propleuron without flange ( Figs 1A, E View FIGURE 1 , 3A View FIGURE 3 ). Mesoscutum punctulate or smooth ( Fig. 1D View FIGURE 1 ). Notauli smooth, complete ( Fig. 1D View FIGURE 1 ). Scutellar sulcus medium sized or wide ( Fig. 1D View FIGURE 1 ). Median area of metanotum with short midlongitudinal carina ( Figs 1F View FIGURE 1 , 3D View FIGURE 3 ). Mesopleuron and metapleuron smooth ( Figs 1A, E View FIGURE 1 , 3A View FIGURE 3 ). Propodeum with a complete, raised midlongitudinal carina ( Figs 1F View FIGURE 1 , 3D View FIGURE 3 ). Fore wing vein 1cu-a interstitial ( Fig. 2E View FIGURE 2 ) or postfurcal. Second submarginal cell of fore wing narrowing apically ( Fig. 2E View FIGURE 2 ). Tarsal claw with lamelliform basal lobe ( Figs 2D View FIGURE 2 , 4A View FIGURE 4 ). First metasomal tergite with posteriorly uniting dorsal carinae ( Figs 2A View FIGURE 2 , 3E View FIGURE 3 ). Second metasomal tergite with ( Fig. 3D View FIGURE 3 ) or without smooth midbasal triangular area and lateral grooves ( Fig. 2B View FIGURE 2 ). Second metasomal suture sinuate and crenulated ( Figs 2B View FIGURE 2 , 3D View FIGURE 3 ). Metasomal tergites 3–7 rugose or rugulose with distinct subapical transverse groove ( Fig. 2C View FIGURE 2 ). Hypopygium large and acute apically ( Figs 1A View FIGURE 1 , 3A View FIGURE 3 ). Ovipositor sheath setose ( Figs 1A View FIGURE 1 , 3A View FIGURE 3 ). Ovipositor with distinct dorsal nodus and ventral serrations ( Figs 2D View FIGURE 2 , 4B View FIGURE 4 ).
