Type data. Female holotype, RMNH D 33228 ; paratypes, USNM 184101 About USNM , and BMNH 1981 : 47. Distribution. Type locality: Aqaba, Jordan, Red Sea. Known only from Red Sea. Bathymetric range. Sublittoral zone, to 15 m. Host. Associated with sea anemones, Entacmaea quadricolor , Heteractis aurora ( Quoy & Gaimard,

1833), and Megalactis hemprichii .
