Note.

This adventive species is broadly distributed in the Palaearctic Region ( Alonso-Zarazaga 2011). In Canada it feeds on the introduced weed Melilotus alba Desr. which is common across Canada ( Turkington et al. 1978). This species may be more widespread in Canada than presently documented because extensive surveys have not been conducted.
