Distribution: Most of Europe (except north), Transcaucasia, Near East (from Turkey and Israel to Iran), Central Asia, East Palaearctic, North Africa, and Oriental region ( Norrbom et al., 1999; Merz and Korneyev, 2004; Merz and Dawah, 2005; Merz, 2008; Mohamadzade Namin et al., 2010b).
