Diagnosis:

Head: Mostly black; 2 black frontal setae, 1 black orbital setae; first flagellomere yellow; arista yellow to brown. Thorax: Mesonotum black, covered with gray microtomentum, with black setulae; halter yellow. Wings: Entirely hyaline; pterostigma yellow; veins yellow; last section of vein M 2.0 times as long as penultimate section (Figure 40). Female Abdomen: Ground color shiny black; all abdominal setae black; oviscape shiny black; oviscape 1.2 times as long as preabdomen; aculeus with 2 pairs of distinct preapical steps, without notch at apex ( Figures 41 and 42).

Distribution: China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, South Russia, and East Palaearctic region (Korneyev and White, 1993; Merz and Korneyev, 2004).

This species is recorded as a new record for Turkish fauna.
