Description: Macropterous male.

Colour: Body dorsally light brownish yellow. Head light yellow, laterally with pale brownish band, anterior part with V-shaped light brownish lines in dorsal view ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1–6 ). First and second segments of antenna yellow, remaining segments brownish. Pronotum brownish yellow, lateral sides with pale brownish pattern elements ( Figs. 8, 11 View FIGURES 7–11 ). Abdomen brownish yellow. Rostrum light yellow, first segment proximally, second and third segments distally brownish. Legs whitish yellow, fore femur with several pale brownish, small circular spots, a large subapical light brownish pattern and distally with brownish spot on posterior (outer) surface, proximally and distally with light brownish pattern on anterior (inner) surface; fore tibia pale yellow, distally darkened; tarsi light yellow ( Figs. 8, 9 View FIGURES 7–11 ); mid and hind femora distally and mid and hind tibiae proximally with a white annulus. Wings light yellow, with brownish spots, veins light brown.

Sructure: Body matt, glabrous except antenna and legs, body surface with very thin punctures resembling honeycomb. Antennal segments I and II with long and fine pilosity, longest hairs about three times as long as diameter of segment I; hairs on segment II gradually shortening towards apex; apical portion of segment II, entire segments III and IV with short, semierect pilosity; legs glabrous except tibia and metatarsus; fore tibia with short hairs on dorsal surface, with spine-like, stiff, semierect hairs on ventral surface, with comb-like, erect hairs apically; mid and hind legs with very short and sparse, adpressed hairs.

Head: Head ( Figs. 1–3 View FIGURES 1–6 , 7, 11 View FIGURES 7–11 ) elongate oval; relatively short, about 1.09 times as long as width across eyes; divided into two parts by a deep transverse dorsal sulcus before eyes; preocular part subrectangular, postocular part globular in dorsal view, both parts, especially posterior lobe distinctly convex in lateral view; preocular and postocular parts subequal in lenght. Eyes large, attaining level of ventral outline of head in lateral view; distance between eyes dorsally more than twice of width of eye; width across eyes about 1.2 times as wide as interocular distance. Ventral surface of head with three pairs of spiniferous tubercles, a pair at level of anterior, a pair at level of posterior margin of eye, and a pair at base of rostrum). Antenniferous tubercle located close to apex of head; antenna about twice as long as body length; segment I longest, about 1.06 as long as segment II, 9.4 times as long as segment III and 6.2 times as long as segment IV; segment III shortest, about 0.65 times as long as segment IV. Rostrum reaching fore coxa, visible segment II twice as long as visible segment I.

Thorax: Pronotum ( Figs. 3 View FIGURES 1–6 , 8, 11 View FIGURES 7–11 ) about 1.1 times as long as head, about 1.78 times as long as its greatest width; anterior lobe gradually narrowed posteriad, posterior lobe poorly limited, provided with a transverse oval protuberance; upper portion of anterior acetabula pointed, not distinctly surpassing anterior border of prosternum. Mesonotum about 1.5 times as long as its width, about 1.4 times as long as pronotum, with a median longitudinal furrow. Scutellum 0.5 times as long as pronotum, 0.3 times as long as mesonotum. Mesonotum and scutellum with thin lateral carina.

enitzeri sp. nov., apterous male (paratype). Head and pronotum, lateral view.

Legs: Fore leg ( Figs. 8, 9 View FIGURES 7–11 ): Coxa subcylindrical, about 6 times as long as its width; trochanter with a ventral projection much longer than width at base, pointed towards apex and bearing a relatively short apical spine; femur about 2.1 times as long as coxa and 1.36 times as long as tibia, laterally flattened in proximal part, dorsal face slightly convex, ventral face slightly concave, armed ventrally with two series of spines of different size, gradually shortening towards apex of femur; posteroventral series beginning far from proximal extremity of femur, reaches apex, consists of 7 medium-sized and 26 small spines; anteroventral series beginning near base of femur, reaches apex, consisting of 4 large, 8 medium-sized and 16 small spines. Tibia straight, lightly widened in its apical portion, armed ventrally with a single series of slender spines inserted on very short, wart-like basal processes, lenght of spines increasing towards apex; tarsus 0.4 times as long as tibia; combined length of tibia and tarsus subequal to length of femur; tarsus three-segmented, segment I about 1.1 times as long as II, 1.8 times as long as III.
